Delve into the Subconscious Mind

If you did not already know it, the subconscious mind controls about 98% of your life. I have been studying how to over ride this thing and change it. Mine is a bit messed up to say the least. Yesterday I came across a video from Wayne Dyer that really cleared things up for me. I want to pass along a few things that I had not realized before. The subconscious mind is better "over ridden" or changed with feelings rather than thoughts! Your subconscious mind marinates while you sleep and it basically soaks in everything you thought about five minutes before you fell asleep. Now what do most of us do in that time? Worry. Bad, bad, bad choice. Here is what Wayne Dyer suggests as a couple things to help. Imagine something you really want and get the feeling of that imagined wish. Take that feeling with you into your every day life as much as possible. Secondly, when you're falling asleep also bring back that feeling or a good feeling as you're falling asleep. Also say things to yourself such as "I am well", "I am healthy", "I am prosperous" etcetera. I hope this wonderful information helps you today.

Wayne Dyer passed away this year but he has tons of books. He teaches I suppose spirituality? as well as a lot to do with Law of Attraction. I hope you find him helpful.
