GEEZ!!!
I know those of you in Florida, or along the path of this storm, are keeping watch. But for those of you who do not live in this area... The Weather Channel just gave another update for our area.
Even though Jacksonville is not getting a direct hit...they say that because of how the airflow is forming...the wind gusts in Jacksonville could get as high as 90-100 miles per hour!!!

Stay safe up in Jax! Other than some strong rain bands, things haven't been too bad here in Gainesville right now. But conditions will continue to deteriorate overnight.

I just heard from the Weather Channel that the storm is expected to stall over North Carolina for several hours, and cause major flooding. I hope you are far enough inland, to not experience that much rain.
