How to improve the strength of your lungs?

This is very useful for smokers. They smoke and over a period of time their lungs become very weak. To overcome this problem do the following for 21 days to make your lungs quite strong; Take a cut of pure milk and boil it . Add 10 raisin to this boiled milk. Leave it in the night. Get up early in the morning and drink the whole stuff. If you do this for 21 days your lungs regain their strength and you will feel the difference for yourself while breathing.

I want to strengthen my lungs too but not because I am smoker but because I want to join a marathon :)

This is good! But luckily I do not have to worry about this because I do not smoke, I am not around second hand smoke or any other fumes.
