First Movie Date

As I was thinking about a topic to discuss here, a movie title came across my mind.
Gremlins.... a small, furry creature called a mogwai which means monster.
These creatures die when exposed to bright lights or sunlight, multiplies when wet and transforms into cocoons when fed at midnight..
It was the movie that we watched on our first movie date.
I was with my first boyfriend who became my husband.
That was way back 1984.
I really cannot forget this movie because I enjoyed it very much.
It was somewhat scary because of its some violent sequences but interesting and entertaining.
How about you?

No there was no movie date.But I remember
seeing Gremlins . liked it so much that
I watched it on DVD again recently. I did not like
its second part.

@magallon Yes that is what I felt too.They wanted this to be a horror film,I suppose.

i cannot remember the first movie but for sure it's a gory movie.. we liked messy, gory violent movies but surely interesting..
