Wondering whether life is a dream!?

Does it ever occur to you, that the life that you are living right now... yes, at this current moment reading this, is all just a big giant dream that will will be disrupted like the normal dreams which in this case is death??? If such is the case, then we are sure we almost know each and everything once we wake up Movie "Inception" can make you think a lot weirder...
