Have You Ever Thought About These Types of Sayings?

Facitiously speaking... Do you ever wonder, what makes us choose to say typical sayings, such as: 'I could care less..' -- and usually, never; 'I could care more' -- or, 'in broad daylight' and not -- 'in narrow night-time'?
It may make you ponder... or, perhaps, you could really 'care less'... (lol... just kidding.)
Seriously, though, have you ever given thought about the irony, when it comes to polarized opposite maxims and how we tend to (not always) use an opposite of some familiar sayings (such as: 'care less' or 'care more')? Basically, speaking: 'care less', is a conventional saying -- and 'care more', is not. Would you not say so?
Also -- If you would like to add some non-conventional sayings, like I have shared above, that you have wondered about, please, do so.
(And... if you have ever used the saying: 'in narrow night-time', then, that's awesome!)
(However... If all of this, seems like mumbo-jumbo to you... then, I may guess, that you are caring less, instead of caring more; and maybe, all of this may make a bit more sense (to you), in the broad daylight.) (lol... Just sayin' and messin' around, with the sayings...) Thanks for pondering...

I have never even heard of narrow night time. Mostly I wonder why we're "fit to be tied."
