Jump up.
Say hooray.
You've made it through
Another day.
The day was long.
The day was rough,
But you made it through
Because you are tough.
The boss yelled at you.
The copier failed.
You received lots of bills
In your mail.
Your engine light went on.
Your smoke detector started bleeping.
And your wife was snoring
As you were sleeping.
The garbage disposal was on the blink.
The smell of the backup was one big stink.
And sometimes you just wanted to sit down
And drink!
Don't worry.
Just jump up
And say life is good.
You made it through a bad day.
No, no,
Don't pound your head on wood.

You are right,whats the use
Pounding my head on the wood?
Better to just try and diffuse
The problems and smile as I should.
