How are things going with the santas? It is almost christmas time. Everytime I see this discussion come up I just have to gaze at your santa. I collect santas and have lots of them in ceramic. You really do have talent.

lap quilts I bet they are really pretty. Do you make them for yourself or to give as gifts. I bet they would also sell too. I have never tried to do quilting of any type. I wouldn't even know where to start. I have seen some beautiful quilts made at our county fair every year. They are time consuming but well worth the time with the beauty they behold.

Do you stamp your cards with stamps, or do you draw and do the fancy writing on them? I have seen some really pretty handmade cards. What do you do with the cards you make? I bet you could sell them and make some money.

I bet they would sell there where you live too. Maybe you should try selling them on ebay. I always when we go to craft fairs and flea markets I prefer handmade items and I have bought cards from there as well as on ebay. Good luck with your cards. I bet they are truly awesome.

I do a little of everything on the cards I make. Just depends on what I think the person would like to see. I used to live in NY and I sold my cards to my co-workers. Much to my surprise I was able to get $7-10 for each card. We had to move a year or so ago for my husbands job and since I am not working outside the home I haven't tried to sell any here.

I like to do all kinds of crafts. I have done several large needlepoint pictures. I scrapbook and rubber stamp cards. I sketch. I like to make felt board sets. I have crocheted an afghan and several doilies and pillowcase edgings. I have embroidered a number of pillowcases. I like to do flowerpot crafts with children, and I've created a whole lot of easy popsicle stick crafts.

you have done a variety of different crafts. Which one that you did gave you the most pleasure in making it? I have tried and done many different crafts alot didn't turn out like they were suppose to but some were really pretty. I think making soaps is my favorite though, It is pretty easy. I buy the supplies for melt and pour at hobby lobby. I haven't tried making it from scratch as I am scared to use the Lye. I love to paint on clay pots they are fun to do too.

I love needlepoint. I've done some plaster painting and liked that a lot. Not everything I make comes out the way I want it to, either. Just keep on plugging away at it, and enjoy!

scrapbooking is a awesome hobby. I love to see all the various pages people have made using photos. I have found some great sites on the internet to download the images of some great layouts and I buy the special paper and print them out. I have been making books for my kids but haven't finished any of them of when they were in school.
