You don’t even want to know. From now on though, I’m going to wash my hands more often after shopping. I heard today that, almost all paper money has cocaine on it. And tests have shown that there is also E.Coli, staphylococcus bacteria and fecal matter on paper money. Oh brother! Wash your hands often if you handle cash money. Yikes!

Washing our hands is a good habit to have. We touch a lot of things that are unclean and unhealthy.

The main study about bacterias on banknotes has been realized by Mastercard. But when I enter the code for my card in a shop, I get bacterias from the previous user of the machine, and there are 10 times more bacterias than human cells living on any human being... Better to not think about it.

It's a good thing that our bodies can fight off MOST bacterial infectious contact. Everything we touch, from door knobs to menus are contaminated. LIke you said, it's better not to think about it. However, the admonition to "WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN" is still a GOOD idea.

Just remind yourself to wash your hands often. We touch many things during the day that are covered with bacteria. Door knobs and even menus and chairs in restaurants.

I'm sure that paper money has passed through many places that I can't even imagine. Perhaps we should spray it with disinfectant.

You can wash the money. It's not paper. I've accidently washed money before. It's mostly linen, I think.

I try to tell my grandchildren to wash their hands often. I don't want them to become fanatics about it, but I do want them to understand how diseases spread.

Wash your hands a LOT after handling money. I hate to think about people who handle money all day, like bank tellers. YUK!
