Can you whistle?

Many people as what i know can whistle. They can easily sing songs by whistling, while i can't. I've tried many ways to be able to whistle, but what i can do is merely blowing air. Are they anyones of you the same with me? Or maybe it's only me who can't whistle?

I have never been able to whistle. I keep trying but it never works.

@Ayuriny my grand daughter is only 8 and she can whistle really good.

I can't whistle well, but I always like to try and learn. I can whistle a little bit, but blowing out air sometimes.
My parents did not allow me to whistle, they think it's not nice for a girl to whistle (which I totally disagree). I started to whistle when I moved out from my home. 
I think it's really fun to whistle, it makes me relax too. It's like playing a musical instrument, without anything else, but just our mouth.

yes I can do it, inhaling or exhaling the air in my mouth, I used to do it when I was still a little kid.

In my younger years when my age is delicate and tender, I hear my cousins whistling with their mouth. What I did is to try, and try, and kept on trying. Then asking my cousins how they can do it. So, after a long while, I can whistle and I am glad I learned how to whistle. You can learn how to do it. Ask someone near you if they know how to whistle, then ask help form them. Look at how they position their tongue and their lips. It's not something that is impossible, YOU can learn it.
