Well I don't know if you experience this kind of people. People whom talks behind your back when your'e not in the office. And those people who you taught is a friend then suddenly when they are promoted or got a chance to be higher than you, they will be the one to put you down. And the worst thing is they talk when somebody on your level can hear and that person will say it to you that they heard this one saying something bad to you. It's very annoying that you opened your book to them then when they just had a chance to step up they'll just hang you there alone.

Don't worry about them, just do your own things. There are many kinds of people at work. They like to waste time on talking about others .You need to do is to ignore them.Do the things you think it is right.

Here are my thoughts. You come to work to work. More than likely you're working to support yourself and/or family members. Keep that purpose in front of you at all time. Don't get involved in “office drama”.
This is a fact and this is the way it is at every job. No matter where you work. No matter what country you're in. Some folks at work will like you and you'll get along with each other. Some folks won't like you and try to bother and pester you.
Don't let another person cheat you out of earning your paycheck! If you end up jobless, the "talkers" will not lift a finger to help you! So disregard them and just do your job.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. And yes, you're right. What they know is just how to pester people who doesn't belong in there level of lifestyle or expectations. It's good to know at some point that there is just one solution that I should let them bother me anyway.

I'm happy of the fact that I still haven't caught somebody backstabbing me, because if I do, they'll surely be sorry.
I maintain a positive vibe whenever I'm in a particular work area. And if I have issues concerning my workmates/group mates, I tell to them right away.
