Have you tried detoxifying?

Hi Mylot friends! Has anyone of you tried detoxing? It may be in the form of solid or liquid mixes of fruits and vegetables. How was it? Does it helped you and your body? I am thinking of buying a blender and try to mix some recipes that can make me healthier because I have been into a lot of medications and antibiotics at my age of 25. So I would like to hear from you guys how was your expirience with this.

I would rather call it juicing. I tried it before and it was pretty much effective. It helps me lose weight. I'm planning to do it again since I already stopped for almost two years now.

@rairaianne14 At what time of the day do you drink cranberry juice? I might purchase soon. Juicers became really popular before. P1500 is already a good deal.

@EMbakes I take 350 ml bottle in the morning I consume it until lunch time depends on how thirsty I am. Then another 350 ml bottle before bed time. So at least 700ml in a day. I bought 1L of juice then just pour it on the 350 ml bottle so I could bring it at work. 1L of cranberry juice is just 200 to 250 pesos you get to use it at least a week so I think it's quite okay right? Yes 1,500 is already a good deal worth the health!

I saw a juicer at the department store it cost 1,500 pesos. I might get one. As of now I'm on my cranberry juice diet. I have been drinking it regularly for 1 week and I can see and feel some changes in my body especially in my urination. I suffered too much of U.T.I and this one helps me a lot. So I think detoxifying might also be a great one.

I detoxed for ten days and lost 4 kilograms.It bought a book online which had a mixer of both solid and liquid diet in form of vegetables and green smoothies.It was quite a challenge,I almost gave up on the second day due to headache but i was so determine to push through.I felt so much lighter and with full of energy.I challenge you to try.

Wow that's great! If I should try this I should be determined or else I might quit the next day also. Well as much as possible I really want to live a healthy life. So I'll just get my mind and body set to take the detox challenge!

I haven't tried those juices , but i do have my own liver cleanse everyday . I drink , first thing in the morning a mugful of warm water and eat after an hour . So far , i guess it is what lowered my uric acid below the normal level , when i had my blood chemistry exams two months ago .

I think the best way is to exercise.You can run, run five kilometers every night to ten kilometers.Run a month you will find great changes have taken place in your body.The diet is just a small one.

I'm having a difficulty in exercising due to my work schedule. I mean early in the morning I go to work then I'll go home late and needs to get some rest for the next day. Then during weekends it's nap time. I sleep a lot during weekends to consume the 5 day tiring and stressful days.

Well maybe that is one way of detoxifying in solid form. By eating a lot of fruits and veggies. Still you get the benefits of the fruits and veggies you eat.
