My Third Daughter is Engaged

Our little girl, nearly 25, is getting married! I wished I were there to wrap my arms around her and my future son-in-law. I like him for our daughter. A good hansome young man whose "intentions are honorable" like my husband's when we were courting some 30 years ago.
My first cheeky thoughts were: More grandchildren! I'm in my realm of happiness about being a Grannie. I love our three other grandbabies, 2 yrs, 7 and 8 months from two older daughters.
So, our 10 year-old son is going to be an uncle again... someday.

She broke the news over the phone last Wednesday night. We'll see her on Sunday with the rest of the family. I'll be able to hug her and her fiance, then.

That is wonderful! Congratulations to the young couple. I am glad that you like him and that he is the perfect young man for her. Grand babies are the best!
