Same sex or co-ed?

I have studied in a co-ed school. And I continue to study in a co-ed college. I feel it's definitely the natural way how it should be since it helps girls and boys to have a natural, healthy relationship with each other. But I have a friend who believes same sex schools are better, especially for girls. I completely disagree. What's your take on this?

I've only ever gone to school with boys and girls from the time I started school. For me it would be strange to be in an all girl school.
