Bomb Jokes: Seriously!

Two days ago, I was watching a local TV news. I was surprised that two of my fellowmen were filed a case because of making a joke incident happened in Davao, Philippines. What’s going on with some people? They didn’t take seriously the things happening in my country. For some reason, there are so many issues bombarding the authority about it.
