Beans with oyster sauce for dinner

I cooked beans with oyster sauce for dinner. It is one of my children's favorite vegies. To achieve a perfect color green cooked beans, you must put the flame on its highest point and careful not to overcooked it. Thats the secret. Aside from the color,the sweet taste of the oyster sauce adds to the flavor that my children loves it. Have anyone tried this at home? Is it good ?

Oyster sauce definitely enhances the flavour of most stir fried dishes. I use it as an alternative to Vetsin/ MSG or powdered seasonings. Real oyster sauce (yes, from real oysters and not just flavoured sauce) is the best thing to use cause it gives you that subtle sweetness, with a seafoody kick to it. Complements really well with soy sauce.
