I think I know why rent is getting high were I live

Were I live is kind of up state New York Less than a 2 hour drive, but more than a hour To go to New York city. People who work in NY city now are living were I live and I think This is one reason the rents are going high. Yes I know apartment in NY city are double What my town charge..My town does not have jobs for people to make a good income.and Trailway bus goes to NY city every day. I rally like to get my own place I'm tired of renting a bedroom for $600 a month
