I saw a beautiful flower outside of a church

A few days ago I took my children to a birthday party. We had to park down the street at a church and walk up to the house. On the way I noticed outside of the church a beautiful flower I had never seen before.
I attached a photo of it so you can see. I think it is a type of sunflower so I looked it up to see what it is called so I can buy seeds and grow them next year.
I think it could be a Firecracker Sunflower maybe.

@5thHouse aww what a sweet story. The year my daughter was born the peonies in our yard bloomed very early. The day I cane home my dad had picked a vase of them and left them on my table for me. I don't think they ever bloomed that early since. My grandmother planted them and I live in her old home where she raised all of her babies so I always say those flowers bloomed to welcome by baby home.
