mind controlling Techniques

I am so much stressful these days ..due to work and also due to personal life...My mind is not helping me either...inspite of giving me positive thoughts, it is leading me to stressful mind status...that's why today I decided to do some research on mind control techniques...and I found so many new things 1. think about the worst situations 2. believing in yourself and your talent 3. don't blame yourself to any thing.... 4. if you fail don't think everything is going to ruin now... 5. set some goals and most important smile 6. reduce stress by mediation or exercise I hope My very small research will help you in some way....I am also going to follow these steps from today on wards...

I pray a lot when i a stressed . It's the first thing i do actually when i am stressed .
