Narrow-Minded!

Tell me what she's up to, I guess, today is one of my worst day ever! Why? During working hours, I encountered the person who is very hard to deal with. She asked to photocopy her birthcertificate back to back! To make the story short, I did it. When all were done, she started to complain regarding the photocopy execution. "How much?" She said in low tone voice. "48 pesos" I answered, in a polite manner the way I treats customers. "Why is it 48 pesos?, you told me earlier 12 pesos each so how come? She said angrily and now in maximized volume. "Yeah,that's right! But since you requested back to back copy you must pay it 24 pesos each paper. I said calmly as I could. "No, you didn't explain it well to me, what I understand was 12 pesos not just the front but including the back!" She kept insisting. What I did was, " to stop this nonsense argue, since I admit that I have fault, I'll pay the half amount, coz I don't wanna lenghten the problem and just to shut you up. I said, feeling tensioned but remains calm but what made me so aggressive when she insulted me this way before she left " "What does your big eyes sense when you didn't even explained it well." I became so angry of being insulted that way however, I just think that, if I would respond to her the same way, we have no difference anymore. But then, One thing, Kindly connect my big eyes on the said issue.hahahah :-) :-) somehow, she' funny. My Point is, I admitted my fault so what's with her to act like she has no fault in this issue. In that short argue between us, I am able to say that she is a narrow-minded. She was not a person can get through gently speaking.

Some times it is better just to walk away and say nothing. We have always been trained that the customer is always right no matter how unreasonable they are. She has no reason to be rude with you in the first place and I can see why it would upset you. Something like that just ruins your whole day. Try not to dwell on it and let it take away your happiness for the day.

@Cjairah04 Sometimes it feels good just to write it down and it off your mind. Some people are just rude and hard to deal with.

I don't meant it that way. Just to stop the arguments, that' it. I am not a person who is being happy when somebody get hurts because of me.

@Hatley Yeah, I know :-) I think I should have more patience next time and see to it that I'll be leading words more pondered whoever they are.
