Haven't purchased from Ali Express, only from two other Chinese websites which are roughly similar, Tiny Deal and Deal Extreme. While they are prompt in their delivery, if you choose the free shipping option it may take about a couple of weeks for the package to get to you. Electronics aren't brand names, that's for sure, and I wouldn't risk buying them, but for smaller things like camera and phone accessories, they have excellent prices. For instance I got many camera accessories at about a third the retail price in Romanian stores. Phone covers and protective screens are also at bargain prices as compared to retail stores - probably they get their supplies from China as well.
