I wonder if eating Doritos is any healthy?
The reason i am asking is because they are not made up of potato. And though they are fried, they don't have much calories like potato or banana chips. So this makes me wonder if eating the Doritos is any good for health.
Do you think Doritos are healthy?

Hard to resist, perhaps, but never healthy. High in fat and sodium and often eaten with other unhealthy foods.

I have indulged on corn chips and I put extra kilos .. so they are not as healthy as munching on a stick of celery or carrots .. but they are yummy!

@skysnap There's always a choice. Like yesterday at my son's field trip they offered potato chips with the meal as well as soda, I turned both down.

I really don't know. I would need to read the information on it.

Of course they are not. Look at the ingredients.
Whole corn, vegetable oil (corn, soybean, and/or sunflower oil), salt, cheddar cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), maltodextrin, wheat flour, whey, monosodium glutamate, buttermilk solids, romano cheese (part skim cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), whey protein concentrate, onion powder, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, corn flour, disodium phosphate, lactose, natural and artificial flavor, dextrose, tomato powder, spices, lactic acid, artificial color (including Yellow 6, Yellow 5, Red 40), citric acid, sugar, garlic powder, red and green bell pepper powder, sodium caseinate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, nonfat milk solids, whey protein isolate, corn syrup solids.
When oil is the second ingredient and salt is the third...., yum tasty and healthy!

No, they are not healthy. LoL. I think it is okay to eat them once in awhile as a treat.

I love dorritos so much i don't wish to know if it's healthy.
No harm having some junk food once in a while....
