What is the best way to use the hair conditioner ?

I heard that hair conditioner is not good for your hair especially for anyone who has hair loss problem. I am no expert of this and maybe you can tell me something about this ?

hair conditioner is supposed to be applied to hair ends...avoid scalp unless that conditioner is suitable for scalp... i don't think it is true that you cannot use conditioner if you have hair loss problem. just that have to use the right conditioner. cos one of the reasons for hair loss may be hair lack nutrients and conditioners help.

Where did you hear it from? And what's the reason why it isn't good for those who are having hair loss problem. I just know that paraben and sulfate are not good for the hair and most shampoos have those. I'm using organic ones.
