The Decision is very tough

The President of the Philippines Mr. Duterte has taken a tough decision to execute the drug pushers in the country. He took charge of the office in the year 2016 only and within a gap of 3 months he got executed a large number of Pushers. But, there is a talk that he executed the people also and in total three were about 3,000 shot dead. Is it not a tough decision. His predecessor remained silent all these years and left the office pleasantly.
