What was the worst decision you ever made?

Last year, I made the worst decision of my life which I regret. The day I made my parents disappointed on me. The day I started smoking dope. It was my first time but unlucky me, I got caught. I regret that day. Do you have a bad decision you made that you still regret?

I didn't picked up one job which could have changed my life .. Instead I went to do another job.
