Weight Watchers is one of a kind

Have you tried many diet plans, and usually felt disappointed after trying them. The Weight Watchers plan has been changing the way a lot of health conscious people think about food in my opinion.I tend to go back to the Weight Watcher plan after trying other plans, and wonder why I ever searched any place else

The food @Judy Story is just the foods you choose to eat. Just look in a weight watcher book and see how many points the food you want to eat has then you can decide. I think i could eat 25 points worth. Then at the end of the week or during the week you get an extra 35 points. You could use it all at once or space the points out. I lost over 25 pounds on it years ago. The great thing about it is you probably will not feel like you are on a diet. The food is just your own food you choose to eat. One piece of pizza may be over 8 points. I usually ate something else, or if I ate it I would eat a plain salad I think you would like the Weight Watcher plan it in my opinion.

Is the food as good as they say. I would worry that it is not any good.

It has helped many people, so they must have done a lot of research on what works.
