Reported a buyer on Mercari. I want my $59 now!!

Out of all 18 transactions I've done on Mercari, an app where you can sell practically anything (clothes, shoes, household items, electronics, etc) - there is always just that one person.
I never really kept track of who released funds to me/rated but when I went to go check my pending history - one buyer received her order (sandals) over a week ago, 9/9/16!
I contacted Mercari support and hope to hear from them soon! That is unacceptable to hold my money for over 10 days, while she's out already enjoying her new sandals! I even sent her a private message and no response!
With Poshmark, funds are released in 3 days if the buyer does not rate you!
This is one flaw of Mercari.
UPDATE:
Within 10 minutes, Mercari released my funds! Very prompt response but I won't be paid until the following next Tuesday.

Hope you get your payment soon! It is a shame that she gets the sandals without paying for them.

@Happy2BeMe Yes! I am glad they have fast support system. Mercari is a newer site, so hopefully they will have more restrictions/rules.
