What is Blogarama? Is It a Good Thing? / myLot

Started a “Honk If you Love” series here at myLot where I pick one of my favorite celebrities and try to get a fan base going for them. Made an interesting discovery today. Looked up my post title in the search engine box and guess what appeared in the search results? My post title? Well yeah. Duh!

But it linked to a site called Blogarama, which links back to the original article here. I am sort of happy but a little confused, because it seems like the search engine results should show the original article first. I mean ... eventually a reader or visitor can arrive at my discussion, if they click the link that says "View Original". But ...

... Is this a good thing? Anybody ever heard of this site? What are the PROs and CONs of other people sharing your content in this manner?

Interesting, I wonder how that works for them. Linking to an article in another site. How do they earn?

We're both thinking the same thing. I'm thinking, why not create my own account and link my own discussions? Not that I don't appreciate someone else sharing my links. But I'm thinking on it!

@cmoneyspinner Someone else doing it is okay, but it probably wouldn't hurt to have the know how for ourselves
