so stressed

Im so stress ive been sick today. Trying to get my self look upon everything as positive. I tottaly melted and cryed ask from god to give me the strenght to see everything as positive.

Things are always the way you see....maybe you should put more faith and let fear go....do something different than schedule....maybe a walk.....or a dance......but ignore the fear and you will find strength ultimately when your mind is working in the right way

I know how hard it is to stay positive when the world is shattering around you. It does help to remember what you have to be thankful for. If you had something to eat today, a dry place to stay, whatever, start with the positive things.

are you alright now.....listen I know what are you feeling, just keep your mind on the good things like good memories of past and you will start to think in positive manner. Just keep this in mind that darkness comes into our life for a limited time only, but light will eventually come into our life and overcome the darkness. Hope you understand what I mean to say.

I get those days when I'm stressed. What helped me is listening to relaxing music, someone to talk to tell them what's bothering me. And just write in a journal. I hope you feel much better soon.
