how to become a good programer???

i am a bca student
and in our college they doing lots of programming every day...
but i am not so well in programming and i try so much to learn but i am fail
and now am in a serious trouble
so please guide me how i am getting knowledge
and be a good programer????

I work in the IT industry so I know that a good programmer has good logic skills. The best programs are usually well thought out, it usually has flowcharts to define the business logic and from the flowcharts that is when you would be able to code properly

@likun123 I prefer not to say but it is a multinational company that works with Smart Cards.
