I AM ANGRY!!!

MyLot has deleted four of my best discussion threads and I don't know why. They didn't break the TOS in any way. They were good quality discussions. I am wondering if I should contact customer service and find out what happened and why. What do you think?

Maybe the process is automated? There could have been one or two words that were misunderstood by the computer doing the deleting... Or do you think someone sits and does the deleting by hand? I have been lucky so far and havent had any deleted - but if they deleted a valid discussion I would definately follow up! Maybe there is a setting or some error somewhere along the line. Contact them for the benefit of us all :)

I don't know what it is. I don't recall there being any words anywhere in any of them that could have been construed wrong. I guess it could be an automated system, but the discussion were 1, 3, and 4 weeks old. I assumed there is a moderator/administrator that goes through them. I don't know. I think I will probably email them on Monday. It just burns my biscuits, lol.

I agree. It deleted one of the discussion threads while I was typing in replies to the responders.

Wow I'm sorry, that really sucks. :/ You should definately contact them and find out what you did wrong. It would be nice if they had a system like neopets... lol. That tells you why your discussion is being deleted, so you know what you did wrong and don't do it again.

Yes, it would. Even if they would just have notified me and let me know they had been deleted. I really can't see where there was anything against the rules in them. I don't know. I am getting ready to write the email now.
