The Dark Side of Social Media...!!!

Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.... These days each and every person use even one of these social networking sites.
Not only good things,,, there are many bad things can be happen because of these networks.
My best friend faced such an incident due to Facebook. She was fooled by a person. She lost her Job, her family members, even most of her friends...So sad...
Here in my country some people have suicided, Some have divorced. These things should never happen to anyone.
Do you have any bad experienses due to Social Networking?

So far I don't have any bad experiences since I started using social medias. I am very cautious in everything I share on Facebook that may affect my privacy and security. Also I don't add/accept people who are I am not familiar with.

Oh..very sorry to hear that. Why don't they sue fb? They are spoiling the whole systems and customs in the society. Better u file s$100 K.

Nothing that extreme. If something online is bothering me, I unfollow or unfriend or block or whatever I can do to avoid it. Yes there is definitely a dark side to the internet and social media.
