How To Improve Your Circumstances

It’s been said and I really don’t know by whom: That “room for improvement is the biggest room.”
No matter what our circumstances are, there is always room for improvement. The idea behind that thought is that we have the ability to get better in some way, each and every day.
We can improve our health, by eating foods that are healthier than junk food.
We can improve our looks by taking care of our skin and hair and nails.
We can improve our homes, by keeping them neat and clean.
We can improve our wardrobe by taking good care of our clothes and shoes. We can also be more careful about what type of clothes we purchase, especially if finances are limited.
We can improve our vocabulary and our knowledge by taking time to read something new every day.
We can improve at our job by being more conscientious about what needs to be done each day that would impress our boss and make us more valuable to the company we work for.
There are many, many other things that we could improve, simply by making sure that we do our very best in all aspects of our lives.
Think about some ways that you can improve your life and circumstances. Make a list and don’t give up until you are completely satisfied with what you want to accomplish.

By the list above I can say I cleaned both toilets today, did my hour on the treadmill with upper body exercises (which I'm really beginning to feel in my muscles), and for dinner I only ate one taco when I really wanted to eat two. LOL!
And for one you didn't mention - relationships - after there being some distance between me and hubby since he brought the ugly furniture into the house and he has been working nights, I went upstairs when he was leaving for work and mouthed a kiss at him. Not an actual kiss but better than the last 3 nights. But I looked after his meals for home and work all four nights.
Honestly, I don't know what else I can improve upon. There are different types of "room" - mental, physical ability/limitations, and time, and possibly financial.

Yes, relationships, use of time and financial improvements can also be improved upon. That's true. I wrote a post some time ago about SAVING just a small amount every week, no matter what and putting it in an emergency account and not touching it for anything, was VERY important.
A person never knows if their job could be gone and if they have no money to fall back on even for a week while they hunt for another job, it could be disastrous.
Right now, I know of someone in that situation. She went on vacation and when she came back, she found out that her job had been terminated.
BTW it looks like you are doing a LOT of things to improve your health and home.

@IreneVincent I did put money away in another account which I told hubby would not be touched... and then he went and asked me to pay this past month's credit card with it.
