More Ghosts During the Ghost Month

(This is the continuation of my previous post). During the last night before the burial, we decided to go to the chapel and stay there for a while. It was about 11 in the evening when we went there and the door of the chapel is at the farther side. The windows were half open and are at the eye level. When we passed by the window, I had seen that there were a lot of people inside the chapel and they were seated. They were facing the coffin so I had only seen their heads from the outside. I thought to myself that it’s because it was her last night and that many relatives and friends went there to visit. I thought they were having some Bible service. We entered the chapel and to my surprise, there were only four people inside, two were seated near the wall and the other two were standing near the door. Where were those people that I had seen that were seated fronting the coffin? When we went home at around two in the morning, I tried to look again at that same window and I didn’t see the heads that I had seen that night. Who were they? I asked my friend what was that chapel for and she said that the people in that barangay use that during wakes and sometimes, some priests and pastors also use that to celebrate masses or church services. Sometimes, funeral services are also held there.
