I am active customizing my phone (ROMS, TWEAKS ETC.) thats why I always do back up my apps and data of my phone. By doing back ups I easily restore all the data I needed whenever there are problems I encounter when customizing my phone.

Hmm, it does not reset to factory settings without helping it a bit. I have had problem with USB connectors on two tablets, due to poor solders. It is very irritating.
