I love going to thrift stores , and yard sales looking for old looking treasures. They can completely be cheap item's even made in China, but if they look old i buy it. Steam punk thing's is my favorite! If i had a ton of money my entire house would be really old items and steam punk.

I don't consider them as my collections, but I really have a lot of bags. Most of them I even gave it to my friends.
I easily get attracted to simple looking bags that's why whenever it's my birthday or any special occasions, I tend to receive one or more.

That sounds like a nice thing to actually collect! You can never go wrong with buying that. I had so many purses at one time that near Christmas time I gave all the women in my outter family a purse! I think the count was like 500 hand bags! I was overwhelmed! I collected them for years. Every time I seen a handbag for like a 1.00 at a thrift store that looked worth buying i bought it.

@EMbakes its so hard to find them though. I keep track of the days the thrift stores sell everything for 50cents to a dollar! I got this one thrift shop I love, they have a thing called bag day, and on bag day they give you a huge garbage bag and everything you can fit in the bag is $3.00 a bag!

I collect Occupied Japan pieces found at antique stores, yard sales and flea markets. They have to have the sign on the bottom, made in Occupied Japan (just after WWII)

And it's not safe to use.
