I've got a real bad habit of laughing during serious moments. The other day, one of our professors fell all the way down a flight of stairs and was in quite some agony. Dunno why I just couldn't help myself and burst out laughing my head off. I helped him to his feet, coughing to hide my laugh, and he was not at all impressed or thankful for the fact. I ended up getting the lowest marks in his paper in the whole batch. Too bad.

how many steps was it? was he badly hurt?

@hereandthere I don't remember that exactly. And he wasn't supposed to get hurt. With all that layers of fat, I expected him to bounce when he fell. Which he didn't.

@hereandthere It's hard not to. Imagine a 5ft8in bespectacled portly man with a handlebar moustache, that's our Professor.
