torque adaptor 1/2'' drive 3/4''nominal size

hi
I am not able to find a torque adaptor 1/2'' drive and 3/4'' nominal size. I need such dimensions to applpy a torque with the aid of a torque wrench of 2200 in.lb.
Can you help me?
