Change is coming!! At what cost?

Hi my fellow mylotters .. it my not be known to all of you but here in the philippines, our president declared an all out war on drugs.. it was his campaign tag line i think. But currently we've been seing vigilanty murders of "suspected drug addicts" and policemen having a lot of strugles duting arrests that it ends up killing the suspect all over the news.. Is it still right when the death poll on drug related arrestsare trippled? This is just for healthy political discussion and does not indicate that agree nor disagree on said actions.. Though I'm starting to think..... is it still right? Your thoughts :)
