I had always thought that Burke had done it. That is until I watched the IDtv special. The IDtv special had their theory heavily set on an intruder coming in and killing the little girl. But I just couldn't get over that she had pineapple in her stomach. Who feed someone and then kill them? So my theory sorta changed to where maybe Burke and Jonbenet came downstairs to get some pineapple. Then either they went to bed, or Burke left her eating the pineapple. And then an intruder came in and killed her. But Saturday I decided to watch the CBS special. Their theory was heavily set on Burke. And I think their theory sounds more possible. Their theory is that Burke was eating pineapple. Jonbenet came downstairs and snagged a piece of pineapple. Hense that is why her fingerprints aren't on the bowl. Burke got mad and chased after her. He hit her, and then used a toy train track against her back to see if she is moving. Then Patsy and John covered up the crime to protect him since he was only 9 years old. The CBS special also said that the ransom note was fake and probably written by a woman. They said there was no sexual assault and the stun gun theory couldn't be possible because of the marks weren't the same.

Yes I think you've got it right. It's weird how during the initial interviews of him at the station he mentioned as an adult t how he tired of the questions at that time because he just assumed everyone knew, and when he said that the interviewer quickly talked louder and changed the subject.

I don't know if there's going any conclusion to this case, since it's been around for a long time.
