It woke me up last night and it hasn't stopped. Most of the leaves are now off the trees and the temps are now down one degree from yesterday. I will just patiently wait for Indian Summer to arrive! Who's with me on this. I'm definitely not ready for winter.
I forgot to mention that that I whipped up a batch of dry ingredients for Oatmeal Muffins. We really don't need them yet, but I like to have a mix ready to go. And I found a nutmeg!! It is amazing how fragrant it was, because I have no idea how old it is. I managed to grate about a 1/4 of a tsp for the muffins, but it's getting too small to grate for very much longer. I added it to my shopping list for Friday. That has to be my favorite spice of all time!!
fall, winter too soon

I like windy days as long as nothing gets damaged and I don't have to go out in it and get my hair all crazy. lol

The French Canadian link... that could work. One entire line of my family tree, starting with my Great Grandmother, lived in Quebec from the late 1600s... Definitely have to do a bit of digging for that line.

@Hate2Iron If you are Fench Canadian then we are related. I have done about 100 genealogies of French Canadians, including my own, and everyone is related to me and usually several different ways!! lol
