What to do when life appears miserable

Every day will not be the same. There will be days which keep you happy and loving throughout. There will be days when you feel insecurity, angry , heartbroken, depressed..of course the reasons may be. If you find the day as miserable the tips below will give you the way to come out of it; 1. Have a strong hot coffee 2. Learn to appreciate your good qualities 3. Love yourself 4. Go out and sit in a restaurant 5. prepare a to-do list for the day 6. Give something to a Stranger 7.chalk out a plan to move forward, 8.Take a long walk which clears your mind 9. Meet someone to share your thoughts 10. Have a good sleep or Nap. Life sometimes will not take you in a smooth road. There will be occasions which demand some work from you to keep it beautiful.

I like list. The attitude behind it is perfect, IMHO. I don't drink much coffee—I just don't like it all that much. But I can see where this is going. If I could add anything, it would be, "Wear comfortable shoes." Hope your day goes well.
