The Dispensary that Wasn't

Earlier this morning, my friend sent me an article from KUSA Channel 9 in Denver, but the article is about a building right here in Manitou.
If you notice the photo I just took, the woman has two green crosses on the building. That is the symbol for medical marijuana.
The thing is, that building is not a dispensary. What makes this funny is that people have been showing up with their red cards, as they are called here, asking if she takes debit cards, or asking what strains are available.
Finally, she had to put up a "This is not a dispensary" sign.
Now she has tourists taking pictures of themselves under the sign.
I tell ya, she just can't win, short of repainting the building. She has become an unwitting tourist attraction.
Like I said, it's pretty funny if you think about it.

@teamfreak16 Yes! Because she can put up a sign saying its private property. I wonder if she wants the attention.? :)

@infatuatedbby - That could be the case. She really didn't come across as mad or anything.

Kind of odd, when you think about it.

It honestly didn't sound like she was annoyed so much as surprised.

In a way it is funny but I can imagine how annoyed she must be by it. Guess that shows you should be careful what you display in public.

I'm guessing that it was painted like this before we legalized medical, which was before we legalized recreational.
