In India, along with Economic, Social , and Cultural development, there is also some development in the thinking of the voters. Earlier the voters were not evincing interest in the elections. They were busy in preparing the voters' list and in observing the persons entering the voting booth. But now there are actively taking part in each and every step of the Elections. Starting from gathering information of the opposition candidate to his affiliations with others and the Income Tax returns have become the main targets of attack. The voters were not having patience to come from the neighbouring Districtss and other states. The opposition candidate was banking upon these votes. Now the scene is totally changed. The Government is declaring holidays for the candidates who are having votes in other districts and states. The voters are also utilising this opportunity . They are coming from the neighbouring Districts and other states also. Not only that some voters are coming even from abroad just to vote for his candidate.
