Rand Gatlin reports the news on Wednesday the Seattle Seahawks have signed former New Orleans Saints and Buffalo Bills running back C J Spiller to a one year contract.
Spiller played football for the Buffalo Bills from 2010-2014 and the New Orleans Saints in 2015 before he became a free agent when he was released by the Saints on September 13, 2016.
Spiller will be working alongside Seahawks running back Christine Michael since Thomas Rawls and C J Prosise who are on the sidelines due to injuries.
Spiller worked out for the Green Bay Packers and New York Jets after he was released by the Saints before landing on his feet with the Seahawks on Wednesday.

He must have something if a good team like Seattle would sign him.
