What would your ideal Utopia look like?

So please describe what type of house you may like and where you would like it to be located (as far as near what kind of landmarks or whatever.. Don't worry I do not need or want to know actual names of towns that would be weird haha).
Examples of things you may want to use: for types of houses: 1) house located in the city 2) house located in the country 3) house located on the beach 4) all-season cottage type house
Example of things you may want to use for the houses themselves: 1) house comes with a pool 2) house has a beautiful deck 3) house has a hot tub 4) house is 4 bed room 5) 9 ft ceilings in the house
So anyways, I think you all get the idea. Thought it could turn in to an interesting dicussion, or could be a complete flop, who knows! Haha :)

Well.... i would like a house in the outskirts of a city, a house with big lawns all the sides, a big balcony attached to my bedroom which will over look the garden. A house with big and many windows, a huge sized kitchen, a mini kitchen attached to my bed room, a separate Tv room etc etc.. The list goes long.. LoL

What a very interesting question. I would like a roomy house but not too big maybe some place where I could use my scooter to get around. A place where I could store my scooter, A room for my cat with all her toys and beds, one level, a nice porch where I could have my succa, plenty of green grass and maybe plants around it.
