More Vehicles Add to Traffic Woes

I noticed there are lots of people now who are using the e-trike or even the so-called tricycles or "tuktuk" in Thailand.
They can be bought at lower prices, some on installment basis, which I think will later contribute to traffic clogging or more vehicle volume "fighting" for limited road space.
There are also car companies offering new models that are cheap and on installment basis. If the country will not regulate this, soon, traffic will be worst. But I hope the new government will alleviate the situation with the infrastructure plans, and other projects underway to ease road traffic.
Do you experience the same in your place, the traffic woes?

@acelawrites Yes, like just going to the market or to the church or school where it is just near .

@SIMPLYD it can be used for city driving or inside subdivisions only, but unsafe in highways.

Maybe for personal use only because in our place, it is already clogged with so many tricycles.

It could be true, because many people now can afford to buy their own vehicles because they don't want to ride public transportation.

Years back I wanted to drive but I didn't pursue because there was no funds for it. maybe ride a bike.

Bike is good, but there should be bike lanes for safety.

It is alright if it is only on Sundays; let the farmers enjoy the day in town.
