The lady who might sell my house came today. She was nice and younger than my daughters so I was very comfortable with her. She loved my house (or so she said) and said it was very well kept. She took pictures and told me that she would call me to tell me what was the possible price. I told her that I was in no hurry to sell. I am not oging to sell it below the normal price just to get rid of it soon. Next week, another lady from another office will come to do the same. I want to have at least two appraisals. We also talked of houses and apartments that I would like to buy. I don´t think it is a good idea to have the money in the Bank, except if it is so little the amount that you cannot buy anything with it. So, as you see, I´m starting to think about another stage of my life. I need to invest in a place for me to live and another, smaller, for rent.
