Missed going for our coffee tonight.

Most nights of the week my wife and I get on my aging Kawasaki and go for a ride and stop in at MacDonalds for a coffee. Tonight we didn't go. Had a job on the bike to do which took longer than I thought it would so we didn't go out. A few months ago the doctor told me to cut down the amount of coffee I was drinking. I admit that at work I would drink a large mug of strong coffee every hour and the average day was like 7 or 8 hours. I was also drinking maybe 2 mugs before work and then some in the evenings. Maybe an astonishingly dumb 15 mugs per day and sometimes more. Ok always more and always strong. Wife works with me so she was the same. Anyway. I thought a good start would be to not have any coffee at work but that pissed customers off so wife and I cut down to 4 per day at work. 11am 1pm 3PM 5pm Also decided to not have any at home at all so we stopped buying coffee. So I thought what if we just had one coffee in the evenings and went into the city to have it. Then I found out MacDonalds have free wi fi. Haven't been brave enough to eat anything there though. Anyway. No coffee at all since 5pm and it's 02.24 in the morning and I am shaking. Help. Cigarettes are not stopping my hand shake or head twitch. My mobile telephone is unsteady in my hand as I post. Yvonne seems quite calm sitting up in bed knitting. Think I might get up and go down to the local Shell petrol station which has an all night Costa. Or should I grow a pair and tough it out. What say you? Oh here is a picture of our Nespresso Magimix Coffee Machine. 2 pods per mug we use. It's nice. Isn't it?
