My Juicer mixer grinder is not working

while I was preparing Onion Chutney for the Idlies the mixer, grinder I got started giving trouble. I checked all voltage connectivities. Everything was perfect. The machine is rotating very slowly The sound is unbearable. I am totally afraid of the sound.
Today inquired in the shop. They suggested Maharaja juicer mixer grinder. The product is looking good. The problem is with voltage . It has got only 450 W power. I am searching for another one. what the shop's salesman saysis that it has got the Ergonomic design. I do not know what it is. I just want a good one.
Again he showed me another one in the same brand. It has got 550 W. The price difference is also more. The first one will cost Rs.1599 and the second one with 550W will cost Rs.2260/-. _I want to go for the 2nd one. I asked for EMI facility. He expressed his inability . I came out without making any purchase.
